We want you to be happy with your sweet party supplies, but if for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and will make our best efforts to resolve the issue.
We do NOT offer refunds, but will provide a store credit or exchange for unused, unopened products returned within 14 days of the date you received your order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. For items being returned, they must be in their original and unopened packaging, must have shipping prepaid, with insurance and a tracking number.
If you need to return an item due to error on the part of Sweet Social, we will send out a replacement at our expense and reimburse you for the return shipping of the product.
