Hi I tried this recipe.. instead of Jam I used the grated ube (thawed).. I brought it to work and its yummy! My coworkers and I enjoyed it a lot… so Im making it tonight again.. this time Im using ube jam… thank you this is delish recipe!

I just tried these cookies and they came out still round and high instead of flat and spread out like your picture. Any ideas on what I did wrong? They still tasted good but just a bit cakey like in the middle. Thanks!
